At just a little bit more than half the price it would be (possibly) profitable for the buyer but not at current price level. As far as buying it would save me time building it myself but at the price of 15 BTC is pretty outrageous and unrealistic because I think if anyone had 15 BTC they wouldn't be buying as they could buy and build it a lot cheaper than that not to mention they could instead get a 7.5 THasher for that and make their money back in about 9 days mining BTC with that.
