On May 16, I made the withdrawal of 0.0056 BCH from Coinbase, to Coinpot, after a few minutes the Coinbase shipment was completed, the hours passed and I did not reach Coinpot, only the transaction added more confirmations. The address is correct, I already sent 2 emails to Coinpot support and it does not respond, this transaction is going for 4 days and it does not look like it will fall into Coinpot if it does not respond to my concern. What else can be done in these cases? Has anyone had problems with Coinpot? Thank you in advance |
