I just got this mail. My name is not "David":

I didn't click the link, but I'm pretty sure it's not safe.

Beside here, is there a place to report it?

Yes, I received this dubious email too, and used Gmail's Report phishing function.

Nice tool. But better not to use it in this case. He might open it out of curiousity and it could do nasty things.
