Bitcointalk is a forum created by Bitcoin creator. It's a place where discussions on the whole cryptocurrency community is done. It's also a place to earn good money. We do know (if you don't, know now) that bitcoin holds some features of smart contract functionality. Considering the fact that if you are to pay for evil on the forum because of a restriction on your account, you will be presented a unique bitcoin address where you will send your payment to. Upon effecting payment, your account automatically gets unrestricted. Is this a smart contract functionality? Does bitcointalk qualifies as the first DApp?
