Title: EBAY SCAM SELLER STEALING MY IDENTITY SELLING MINER Post by: Clayce on January 07, 2014, 07:31:51 AM So, Im searching around on ebay for some miners, and come across a CoinTerra pre-order listing. The listing shows a screen shot picture of the order, with the billing/shipping address, the address part is cut out but the name is....MY NAME (Matt Crandall) and the item is shipping from LAGUNA NIGUEL, my home address. So obviously this seller is a scammer and has somehow stolen my identity.
Heres the listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/141159306596 I was scammed out of 15btc about 2 months ago buying 2 miners off etsy, and I think this might be the same person. What the hell should I do?? I already contacted ebay security and am still awaiting a response. Up until now, he's only been a buyer, now all of a sudden he's selling thousands of dollars worth in mining equipment? Good thing is, his Paypal is probably linked to his real identity. Gather up screenshots of his listings, past transaction feedback, whatever you can. And don't let him know you're aware. Just in case he removes everything after eBay contacts him.
