Title: Auction- 2.5-2.6Mh/s Scrypt Mining 7 Day Lease Post by: spartan82 on January 07, 2014, 09:52:03 AM Im putting up one of my miners for a 7 day lease. Here are some pics of the miner.
It's mining constantly over 2.6Mh/s but im calling it 2.5Mh/s for arguments sake. https://i.imgur.com/TrkRCHy.jpg https://i.imgur.com/HsipjuS Starting bid is .01BTC Bid increment is .005BTC Any invalid bids will be rounded UP to the nearest valid incriment. Auction ends 5PM EST 1/8/2014 Payment and pool information is due by lease start time. Lease Begins 1/8/2014 6PM EST and lasts through 1/15/2014 6PM EST. Lease terms: (thanks to miaviator for letting me use the following) Quote Buyer: Highest bidder by public post at the close of the auction. Seller: spartan82 Lease Term: 7 Days Hash Rate: 2500-2600Khash Business Day: 10AM to 6PM EST M-F. Buyer agrees to pay the amount of the winning bid in BTC up front to Seller in exchange for a lease of scrypt mining power at the above defined hash rate +/-5% variance. 1. seller will host a dedicated miner for the buyer for the duration of the lease term. 2. seller will provide hash power using cgminer 3.7.2 on Windows 7. 3. seller will cover any and all hosting/electric/cooling/network/hardware/maintenance costs. 4. Seller will reimburse buyer for downtime on an hourly basis (in one hour blocks) based on: contract price / lease term / 24 hours * hours of downtime = x BTC per hour 5. Buyer may choose what pool(s) to mine with failover, load-balance, quota, and other multi-pool options available in cgminer. 6. Buyer may further choose to solo mine coins based on client availability for Windows 7. 7. Buyer may request changes to the dedicated miner either by a predefined schedule or criteria or twice per business day. Changes may take up to 8 business hours for implementation if not scheduled. 8. Sellers maximum liability is limited to the initial purchase price decreasing per hour the purchased hash power is available. 9. Any increase in hashing power will not be considered a breach by either party. 10. Hash per second numbers are as reported by cgminer after HW errors are taken into account. Pool rejects/stales/availability are not considered a decrease in the provided hashing power. Im able to access my miner remotely so if the winning bidder has a request to change pools, a simple message to my bitcointalk.org account will notify me by email and if I happen to be away from home I can remotely change from my phone. Ill keep everyone posted I may be renting more out after this, if everything runs smooth ill definitely rent out a few of my miners and give everyone a chance at mining that are looking to try before they buy their own or just can't own one period.
