I just deposit via bank wire on btc-e.com last dec 18, 2013, and as of the moment it doesnt appear on my account :(

I already tried sending a ticket on there support but no response.

Anyone same experience?

I also notice there is no more bank wire option for USD in btc-e.com :(

I've been missing a btc-e wire for ages now myself. Since Dec 6th.

It makes sense now why btc is much cheaper in btc-e.com

8 days my account btc-e is locked and did not deign to respond to requests for assistance BEGINNING to think it btc-e is scam.......

there bank wire USD deposit option is there again...i think its better just deposit on them via okpay rather than bank wire.

As of now 20 days, no response from ticket on my end :(

My deposit was finally credited after about 20 days, but now there's a 1 month withdraw hold on my account pending submission of ID. I've already submitted ID in the past though, so hopefully shouldn't be an issue.

Just get your bitcoins throw in your wallet and sell locally for fast cash.

It won't let me withdraw bitcoins, says hold for 1 month.

I've posted about BTC-e in the past

1. Verification is a shambles. In the meantime, you cannot withdraw btc.

2. Deposits can take up to 10 days (c.f. 24 hours with bitstamp)

3. Worst of all, if you transfer by bank wire (Swift) you will find that the sum credited is up to 5% less than the sum transferred. Customer support blamed my bank, which is a joke (I supplied the Swift copies).

Avoid.

I don't mind sending BTC, LTC to BTC-e....but wiring them USD is not an option for me given they do not do KYC or more so reveal their identity.

as of today, still no reply :( , just even a message where on still on process etc. etc.

If i really know if this will happen, even on any other payment gateway i will not deposit any on btc-e.com

This is not my first time to deposit on them via bank wire. The first transfer i did was only 5 days and my deposit appears on there site.
But now I dont know what happened to them. I feel like there is a serious problem on there side (specially with the support) and probably they might closed someday. Im re-reading other threads and there is a lots of same case i have.

For those who are planning to deposit any amount and currency, be aware of this problem.

In my case it was the intermediary bank that held the wire back.

Mayzus is btc-e. They are the beneficiary of the wire transfer, not the intermediary bank. You will have to contact your bank to find out if there is an issue with the intermediary bank.

Same here, made a deposit 3 weeks ago. It didn't arrive yet.

The only reply I got from their customer support is, send us a swift copy. I already did this 2 times, but no reply afterwards...

on my end as well, more than a month since i deposited on them. No response :(

I have deposit via SEPA payment on Dec 30th. Until now, the money has not arrived in my account.

But what really scares me is that support does not bother to answer my requests.

I've sent a wire transfer on December 3rd 2013 and it is not credited in my account. I opened multiple tickets, they have
a short automated answer asking for a " SWIFT copy" . They never say why they need the copy, after more than one month they don't see the
extra money in their account?

problem solved after 1month and 1 week. My deposit appears now.

for those who are having problem with there deposit what i did was create ticket (which quite frustrating due to they dont response) and PM ICQ 610112128. Always follow up your ticket on there ICQ.
