Dude your app is not awesome.  I imported the account I sent money to and now the account has been erased or altered and my deposit is gone.  I emailed you and sent a p.m.  I was hoping to trty you out but no one seems to want to get back to me tonight.  I just want the money I deposited to show up or just refund it to me.  Either way, I am too tired to track you down and the deposit was nominal but it sure4 would be nice to be able to deposit without such annoying issues and it wouyld be even nicer to get a prompt response.  Satoshibet gets back to you immediately and rectifies the problem.  Was hoping for the same, bvut it seems as if that will not be forthcoming.  Also, your site give you no option to sign it.  WTF?  Why take the password and username if you cannot input it.  I mean, it might be there amis all that mumbo jumbo you got there but IU could not find it.  Please respond.

We responded to your email within 3 hours. I don't think that is an unreasonable amount of time for an email response.

We are a very small team here. We are unfortunately not able to monitor emails 24/7. We have considered hiring people to handle user emails, but this quickly becomes a security issue.

For some reason every time my computer shuts down, I cannot login.  I sent you a pm regarding this issue.  Please rectify.  I had the same issue last time and you took care of it promptly.  Was hoping you could do the same this time.

Yup, we have responded to your email with information on how to return to your account! :)

In the future, to return to your account, you can press the "account" tab and then copy down the private URL that is displayed there. Also, every time you make a deposit, the new deposit popup dialog box will also display the URL to return to your account.

Interesting website, I will take a close look to this android  gamble website since I enjoy to play with my android.

We recently had some trouble processing deposits. It resulted in most deposits taking much longer than usual before getting credited to the account. I'm really sorry about the inconvenience.

Deposits should now be working normally again.

We have temporarily disabled the Android app while we look into the issue.

Hi there, I love your slot machine on the web, and I would like to spin a bit sometimes when im on the couch being lazy on my iPad, so I wonder if we can ever have this app for apple devices too.
I have an Android phone too but im scared to try it out after reading the problems in this thread. Can you guarantee that they are fixed now?

We unfortunately can't have a version of Bitcoin Video Casino for iPhone and iPad since the Apple store does not allow gambling apps. It can be difficult for users to install apps that are not from the Apple store, so we decided to not build an iOS version. :(
