Title: Top 5 mainnet launches you should know about!
Post by: Bytem3 on May 20, 2018, 07:51:50 PM
It's usually the case that before the mainnet launches the price of the coin spikes.

Watch this video to find out why are these top 5 mainnet launches important:
https://bestcrypto.tv/1525/top-5-coins-with-upcoming-mainnet-launches/

List of coins that will launch their mainnets soon:
  • Oyster (https://coincodex.com/crypto/oyster-pearl/) (May 29)
  • Tron (https://coincodex.com/crypto/tron/) (May 31)
  • EOS (https://coincodex.com/crypto/eos/) (June 2)
  • Vechain (https://coincodex.com/crypto/vechain/) (soon)
  • Ontology (https://coincodex.com/crypto/ontology/) (Q2 2018)

Hope it helps :)

Hilarious really, when you look at the value of Tron and EOS, to think they don't even have a mainnet out yet. Why are people buying these coins?

I also wonder if Tron's mainnet will have a single line of original code in it, or will the entire thing be plagiarized, just like their whitepaper and coin?

Yes, it is really silly: EOS is currently number 5 if we take into account market cap:

Which only goes to show that EOS is mostly marketing, and that market cap on its own is a questionable parameter. Tron is currently number 10, Vechain  number 16, Ontology number 28. The question is will they manage to deliver what they are promising. It will be interesting to follow the future price movement once their corresponding mainnets go live.

In defense of EOS, whilst it doesn't have a main net it does have a (well tested) test net and Dan Larimer has 2 successful projects under his belt so many people aren't doubting his ability to get a live blockchain.

In any case OP, you missed out HPB - I'm excited about this one too!

It's clear. On the one hand, a developer with a good reputation. With another, I still do not understand why they need such a large amount for ICO.
