This is worth anywhere from 125 to 175 BTC. A LOT depends on various property related variables. It's a corner plot, so very peaceful, yet centrally located. My parents got this in 1981 but never developed it. This also requires decent political and/or people support to quickly solve most of the property related ideas and challenges.
