Now Thiel has invested $1.25 million of his $1.5 billion into the Seasteading Institute, a Libertarian group inspired by Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged that aims to build experimental floating societies in international waters." One would expect that a new society like the one proposed will use a new currency like the Bitcoin. Thiel is no fool, he has something up his sleeve, and I'm wondering what it is, guys I would like to know your opinion on this topic; and yes, I know we all dislike paypal to some level, but still, keep your opinions regarding that to yourself, the topic is another here.
