Title: Anyone ever tried using the gfx chips from console systems to mine?

I know that these consoles have some pretty decent gfx hardware. Has anyone ever tried to reuse some of their parts for mining purposes?
Just curious

It's a waste of time really, a ps3 will get you around 10MH/s.
I'm not sure about the next gen consoles, maybe someone more clued up can chime in but I can't imagine those being worth the time either.

I can understand the low hashrate would be horrible for BTC, but what about the altcoins?
Heck it beats using a 180.0k hash rate for mining.

This is the bitcoin section, I do not care for altcoins. If you have questions regarding altcoins please direct them towards the correct forums here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0)
