I see so many customers ripped off by these overseas call centers its not funny. :'(

Create an ebay listing; let someone buy it; and that person lends you the money. If you pay it back, you get a positive review; default and you'll get burned back at least a little. People will laugh less if you have at least a little skin in this game.
