Title: Building the farm and raising pigs
Post by: trixdoge on January 08, 2014, 11:14:44 PM
Been a Lurker for quite some time. Now I am ready to get in here and start contributing my knowledge and experience. I also enjoy some trading so hopefully I can get whitelisted soon so I can visit the buy/sell threads for alt-coins.

Tnx

What are you currently mining? Scrypt or SHA-256; and what kind of rig?

I'm fairly new myself, although I remember doing some light reading on the bitcoin phenomenon back when FGPAs were first emerging and thinking it a silly endeavor -- hindsight's 20/20 amirite?

I have been mining with multi pool to get my initial hardware investment back, however, I have since ceased the immediate sale of these coins for BTC. The one advantage I think I have is I am diversifying my portfolio of crypto currency and at least one of these coins has the potential to take off and if I can keep my finger off the trigger for a bit I may be able to get a little more for them then their current price, or they could wither away into oblivion. Oh well. Sometimes, you gotta roll the hard six!
