Not written yet, afaik. Or at least, not complete.

As of now no news from cunicilla and that is bad news I think.

So we have to weight our options and let an other team of writers start of ASAP.

I hope someone will step forward to pull this project and deliver a much needed white paper.

Am I the only one that would rather have the NXT Whitepaper signed by BCNext?!?!?   :-\

...I did vote though...

BCNext already published the whitepaper. It's written in Java though...

should be watertight and of high quality, maybe around 6 to 8 pages... 30k per page... I would recommend 250k

I would recommend Anon and Alias to to lead the NXT white paper's team based on the strength of their previously published writing on NXT.
