I think a total supply approaching 1 trillion may be a bit extreme for most people's taste, though I'm sure you've thought it through and have your reasons.

Yes 1 trillion is high, but things move on and times change. The original supply numbers were created more than 5 years ago (bitcoin etc). It follows that people are greedy and will keep the nature and status of profitable coins for themselves because if they shared it to everyone else, everyone else would then start mining it causing profitability to take a deep dive.
