I haven`t used Exodus wallet,so I'm curious about this problem. I guess OP already solved the issue. I use exodus and sometime the wallet need to refresh as TryNinja said above and it always work.I haven`t used Exodus wallet,so I'm curious about this problem. Title: Re: didn't get my bitcoin from binance Post by: boss1dg on May 25, 2018, 02:21:15 PM it happens bcoz of issue with script which capture amount automatically from blockchain , sometimes they miss it . so you should contact exodus first bcoz binance have no problem if they sent btc and gave you txn id then no issue from their side .
i hope you received it by now , if still not then must contact their support team , if they have telegram chat then join that and ask admin for this . Title: Re: didn't get my bitcoin from binance Post by: bL4nkcode on May 25, 2018, 04:11:29 PM If you still didn't see the balance on your exodus wallet, I may suggest that export the private key of the wallet address you used to receive on your exodus wallet (link below).
Try to download electrum a desktop wallet also (link below). And try to import in the installed electrum on your desktop (instructions is on the link below) [1] https://support.exodus.io/article/86-how-can-i-view-my-private-keys [2] https://electrum.org/#download [3] https://bitcoinelectrum.com/importing-your-private-keys-into-electrum/ Do this if ever the fund still doesn't appear on your exodus screen. And make sure you put a password on your electrum wallet for more security. ;) |
