Did you received any notification from the forum to your email account (if any notification was on)? It could be for not giving a valid email. All you can do is hope and wait for the email to receive in the inbox or junk if you have provided a valid email address. Try to figure out if you ever stacked your singed bitcoin address in the stake your bitcoin address here topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0). You might need it pretty soon. Good luck mate. Yes i was getting notifications early on. I had the account for years just always logged in. The email is corect just not recieving the password reset email.
