Title: FRAUD ALERT!!! IMPOSTER WEBSITE Post by: bitkman on January 11, 2014, 09:08:36 AM There is a website that is advertising on google adwords and acts like a popular mining hardware website by including an extra "L" in domain url name.
Here is what I am talking about: butterflylabs.com <- Normal butterflyllabs.com <- SCAMMER FRAUD WEBSITE Look careful in the second link, it has an extra "L" The website comes up when you search "butterfly labs" in google. The scammer looks like he/she is advertising with google adwords. Here is a sample picture: http://i.snag.gy/diSJf.jpg I hope this will help at least some of you before you dive in. First link in Google for this term "Butterfly Labs". That will surely get some people. On top of that the fraudulent website only accepts bitcoins which is harder to reverse if he runs away with it.
