So far I have been lucky and they have come through in the end. I have raised tickets and received no response a couple of times. I will stick with the exchanges that have worked for me in the past. I will take your advice though and stay away from this exchange site.

Sometimes, you have to wait more than 6 hours. They dont need to be scam yet. Why did not you change your mind or write that you have received funds through 7 hours ? enough time to write dirt, and no longer need to add positive response.
