Title: Coins-e.com stealing coins!
Post by: Mischu1989 on January 11, 2014, 12:51:22 PM
Hey guys,

4 days ago, i´ve made a deposit of about 140k DOGEs @ coins-e.com, after 10 confirmations still no deposit, so i´ve opened a ticket hoping that someone will help me with this deposit. No answer untill now.

Then i realized that they have a option in their dropdown menue "Deposit not reflecting?".  So i entered my Transaction-ID : (f772c8794027ac2616a5a4892d90220e9006018a0fcff46d2ff9b1924e6c5a1c)

The system answers: "Please check the transaction id you provided. If problem persists please contact support."  >:(

Well, so i´ve opend another ticket and still no answer untill now....

Maybe you have an advice for me?

Cheers

Mischu

Although it is very generous of you to double compensate him , the bigger picture here is that it  has happened to more people. I have had exactly the same experience with coins-e and dogecoins. 2 tickets later and still no response . I suggest anyone who hasn't used an exchange before start by making a small transaction first. Meanwhile, I'll let you know if thy ever reply!

Thanks would be nice! There is no problem when exchanges have problems with their deposits, but a statement for the user would be nice! Not to respond is imo not the right way...

Send you my address

I lost 75k doge this way. it is not about doges.. it is about thrust. I could send 5BTC (if I had any)and they can steal it too.

Before I was trading there, everything was ok, but now:

84k Doge I'm waiting from yesterday. No response on my ticket yet, I hope they can solve it, otherwise they can lost trust and it is hard to get again.

I received mine today as well 278000 :)

I withdrew them all to my local wallet (they are received and secured now) I then tried for fun depositing 10 doges again, but they aren't redeemed yet - so I guess Coins-E still has some problems with synchronization.

I'm very pleased and hope that Coins-E just is having troubles with the tech stuff and nothing else.

It happened to me again

Depositing Franko, nothing. No deposit, no redeem, not showing up anywhere

Worst part is? Their "deposit redeem tool" doesn't work! I get "Please check the transaction id you provided. If problem persists please contact support." every time I try to put in my tx id
