There's Cgminer
Guiminer if you don't like working with command, not as flexible though.
Lots of altcoins have miners built into their wallet.

Are you mining using Intel HD graphics? Because if you are, you're not going to see much coins coming in and your electric bill will outpace your gains. Not to mention the fact that you might overheat your computer if it doesn't have adequate cooling.

I found that mining with cpuminer is alot more efficient for scrypt-based coins than the miner that is built-into the client.

I use Cudaminer because I have Nvidia's GPU. (GTX 760)

I've tried CGMiner and BFMiner and like the latter better. Seems to get me 5%+ on average
