I told some friends in the local Zeitgeist chapter about bitcoin. They seemed interested, but didn't think it was anything they could use. Perhaps now they'll reconsider the sourcing of their hydro equipment. I hope so, anyway. Some are legitimate luddites, which is quite confusing to me.
