Stick the "Bitcoin Accepted Here" badge on that site... consumers need to start seeing that just like they do with the Paypal banners all over the place.

I like that idea. It is done, and I'm adding it to bitmunchies.com, as well.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to starting a hydroponics garden soon!

I told some friends in the local Zeitgeist chapter about bitcoin. They seemed interested, but didn't think it was anything they could use. Perhaps now they'll reconsider the sourcing of their hydro equipment.

I hope so, anyway. Some are legitimate luddites, which is quite confusing to me.

Thanks for letting them know! I think the movement will start to embrace the technology when they learn more about it and realize its attributes as an alternative currency.

One would think that any person with a comprehension of the Zeitgeist message would understand the need for and promote a decentralized currency.

Hopefully it will be useful during a transitional period during which all currency will be phased out once it becomes obsolete.
