I just don't have enough hashing power to make it worth my while (about 1mhash/second here). The problem is the minimum/cash out fee is too high, and it will take probably two or three days to cash out most of the coins. It's just too much work and monitoring for me. If I had more time and hashing power I could see it being worth my while. The fee is 1.5%+optional donation.

The difficulty for litecoin is to high, it would take the pool days to find a block. As the hashrate gets bigger on megamultipool, we add coins with a higher difficulty. We now only mine coins with a diff less than 10. Coinex.pw asks 2 % fee. :-\ I also mined @ multipool.us but the multipool.us was mining doge 23hrs a day at 1.5% fee so I kept using fast-pool.com (http://fast-pool.com) for NO FEE! before the halvening of blockvalue. Also keep an eye out for poolwarz.com from the famous coinwarz.com (http://coinwarz.com). They started up a pool but very VERY very cool features are disabled. And I think the profit change feature is only for subscribed users and there is a list. They mine very new coins, which tend to take off a few days later and they are usually a lot more profitable than other switching sites!
