Title: Is there a direct debit in a wallet Post by: Geppetto on January 13, 2014, 08:53:33 PM Hello!
I perfectly understand that I can issue any payment as the payee from my wallet. What if I want to allow a telephone company to charge my wallet directly for the amount I used their service every month. I do not talk about a third party "online wallet" that may handle this. I want to know if that is possible directly in my wallet: "Allow account X to direct debit amount Y" any time from my wallet. Thank you Gepetto Title: Re: Is there a direct debit in a wallet Post by: Ritual on January 13, 2014, 09:08:28 PM Basically, no.
As more and more companies come online with Bitcoin, this will be possible, but at the moment you'll either need a third party, or to cash out. Personally, I'd LOVE to see this. But that's kinda what the Bitcoin thing is all about :) To make a new currency, removed from the usual anchors, which will (hopefully at some point) be accessible and acceptable to everyone. Rit. |
