See also http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4073.0 I've still got "174.121.74.59 mtgox.com" in my hosts file from the DNS change the other day, and MtGox works for me. DNS problems recurring, maybe? Edit: removed mtgox.com from my hosts file, still works. There's another thread (http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4159.msg60253#msg60253) where it's suggested that the problem is with Google's DNS servers. Could that be the problem here? (Doesn't fully explain why Downforeveroneorjustme would see the site as down, unless they hit Google's DNS...) Title: Re: MtGox down? You could just simply google MtGoX, it was an old exchanger that has has been shut down years ago. |
