Title: Just some questions....
Post by: mrdbussines on January 14, 2014, 01:55:58 AM
Hello,

Im pretty new to BitCoins, but I need to advertise my company.
I've found someone who can make advertisements/ websites for my company, but he accepts only BitCoins for it, I did check his reputation and his reputations are very good.

Now I need to buy 2.234 BTC, this is every day another price.
Can the price raise up with hundreds of dollars a day? or impossible?
Also,,, I have got loads of PSC's of 50 and 100 euro, I don't know if it's legal, but that's why I ask it here, is it legal to trade them with BTC?

I hope I get some nice answers.

Best Regards

BTC prices do swing a lot. Is the 2.234 BTC an exact dollar amount he wants (2 grand), or does he want 2.234 BTC no matter what the price of BTC is?

Not sure what a PSC is, but if it is legal for you to own it, then it should be legal for you to trade it.

It can (and has) raise up (or drop down) hundreds of dollars in a few minutes.

website development projects are a natural with bitcoin, I can see why a programmer would want to be paid in it.
I think your question is about the pricing. You will need to decide together if services will be denominated in $USD or BTCBTC. If you go with a contract based on bitcoin then both of you face uncertainty about the future exchange rate. If you go with dollars, then you both face uncertainty about how many bitcoins you will be spent.  In any case a signed contract is an absolute must before any work begins.  That is the most important thing.
