Post by: bitpop on January 14, 2014, 11:19:01 AM
I'm developing a coin that has never been seen before. I'm looking for a programmer and marketing guy. We will premine a tiny bit for you guys. I will not take a premine.

Please post here, no pms.

The plan is to allow everyone who owns btc to automatically get this coin, but only for 2013. Then difficulty starts at 1. This is a level playing field coin. LPF.

1. Build an altcoin in the usual way, by copying the Bitcoin code (or Litecoin code, it doesn't matter) and making the appropriate changes.
Hack the code to allow the genesis block to include as many transactions with no inputs as possible, and for it to be as big as possible.

2. For each transaction in the Bitcoin blockchain (at a certain block number, say the one right...now!) with unspent transaction outputs, make a copy of the transaction erasing the inputs and erasing spent transaction outputs.

3. Put all those transactions into your genesis block.

4. Release.

Founding team is very important. I feel strongly about giving newbies a chance to be an early adopter again.

1. Build an altcoin in the usual way
2. make an edited copy of the transaction
3. Put all those transactions into your genesis block.
4. Release.
