Hi, 1. Untill today only a few manufacturers capable of manufacturing special bitcoin mining asics took the risk. The R&D cost are considered to be quite high. Altough, if we can find highly educated designers, not rich already, and let them do the R&D it saves us a lot of money. There are many factorys offering ODM for asic. Its just a matter of selecting the most reliable factory that can deliver fast. 2. Demography is destiny. 3. Btc's, time, quite some experience in many fields, connections.
