Title: PRT or Q2C? Come and speculate please! It'd help me a lot.
Post by: weedoge on January 15, 2014, 04:07:39 PM
I have around 500k PRT atm so I'm fairly invested.

Q2C just came out and have a QUARTER the amount of coins. But I can only get around 20k Q2C if I buy into it now... before it hits exchange.

Q2C is a new algo and ONLY cpu mineable. Innovative and popular currently.

PRT is mineable with a smelter. Dev is working on an awesome new wallet, and just has some interesting stuff lined up in general.
I'm unsure whether the block rewards will be a bother for some people though, will it hurt the coin?

Q2C Thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=411065.0

What do you think?

What do you think?

PRT is one of many quark clones
Q2C is one of the very few that are not a clone

Block rewards also are an issue, as you mentioned. People who got not early into PRT will no like it, because they get very little rewards.

I see Q2C in front here in the long run easily.

edit: regarding the coins you have, 500K PRT is a decent amount, so go n mine Q2C like hell :-)
