Title: Newbie question on action volume
Post by: Matt1100 on January 15, 2014, 07:26:07 PM
Hi all.. Been trading in btc e for awhile now. But had a problem recently that hopefully someone can shed some light on. I was trading some LTC for BTC about 2 weeks ago and it did not initially clear, as it does sometimes. Yet this time the coins are stuck under 'action volume' with the exact amount I bought. I tried to contact support but received no reply. It's been 13 days but it's still under action volume and won't clear into my finances. In trade history it went thru fine. There is link to click next to Action volume but it only sends me to btc e news section. Any help is greatly appreciated, Matt

To my knowledge action volume is simply a cumulative total of the BTC trades that you have carried out as part of their New Year promotion. The link takes you to the article relating to this in the news section.

If your trades aren't clearing coins (and you're absolutely sure) then that is a different issue.
