I'm facing stupid bug from Cryptsy, I can not cancel open order, it writes me "Order in process", my order stuck for a couple of hours already. I really wonder, Cryptsy controls big slice of the crypto pie, and they can not hire good software engineers and order good hosting. And the support is still does not answer.

We need to send ultimatum for them, ether they will improve their services, either they go directly to Hell!

They have quite too many people than they can handle, and too many coins. They keep adding more also. Now i keep on scrolling and the list doesn't end...:(

Cryptsy is run by the same crooks that make most of the altscams.

I have an order "processing" for the last two days... :(

Hi, I withdrew 7000000 DOGE yesterday and the withdrawal is still marked as pending. I can't use my coins on cryptsy and they were not send to my wallet. The support said "they pushed it from their side, but because of very big amount of doge this lagging". But I am waiting for 12 hours already and think that is a deliberate delay and Cryptsy are scammers, they robbed me on 15 000$.

I don't think their name worth anything... and I don't think they're too poor to get the site work properly. It is almost impossible to trade, when all operations should be near real time (this is an exchange, not a bubble gum shop) I am always have outages and loosing money because of that.

They blocked 7 000 000 of my DOGE coins. Imagine I was able to sell them at 0.00000250 today: 7000000 * 0.00000250 = 17.5BTC and then buy at 0.00000170: 17.5/0.00000170 ≈ 10290000. Will they return me 10 millions instead of 7? I think that will be fair, I don't need their "I am sorry", etc, etc. They work with money and should pay for the mistakes they done as I pay their fees. If they are too greedy to spent a part of their earning to get qualified software engineers and better hardware — is this my problem?

Damn, having so many bugs in their software they, at least, should have 24/7 support that could solve these problems manually. But I don't see anything like that.

I have 5 pending withdraws. One sent a confirmation email. The rest generated no email. Bit John blamed it on my host in a ticket. I checked nothing is wrong with my host. No reply or withdraws confirmed or not for 5 days. How long are we supposed to wait before we take group action?

Cryptsy is a fkn joke... backlogged orders and backlogged refunds on cancellations for hours = no possible hope of trading on Cryptsy

These morons are too busy adding new coins every week to be bothered with true concerns

Any suggestion where we could trade ltc,btc,doge without lag??
I was trading at BTCe last night then the site was so slow... I get 502 bad gateway error... so I moved my LTC to cryptsy to trade doge... same... very slow and lagging...
Any other option? :D

I think most of the problems Cryptsy users are facing are just growing pains. Everyone expects perfect, polished products right out of the gate. I mean, even the US gov't couldn't do that with all their resources.

Cryptsy really sucks! Not only I have an order stuck that cannot be cancelled, but the site is so slow you just can't trade... when your order appears the market has already moved away... I lost count of the money I lost because of this! ISN'T THERE AN ALTERNATIVE?!?
