Title: Power consumption Post by: Jeezy911 on January 16, 2014, 12:42:14 AM So 1 sapphire r9 280x coming in Friday. I need to crossfire with an Asus 7970 on an Asus Maximus Hero Mobo. Power Supply is hx750 corsair. 2 questions: Should I use the x16 slot for the r9? And will power be an issue? CPU is 4770k turned OC off. 5 fans, Noctua d-14 yatayata. Im hoping for at least 1000 hashes all day everyday, possible?

1x PCI-e is enough for mining 750w is borderline You will get around 1400-1450 Kh/s |
