These graphs only go back to 2012, but the player base has been sustaining massive growth for even longer than that. Shipping is a flat rate of $1.69 in the US and $6.75 worldwide for any number of singles. The amount paid in BTC is based on bitpay (note that we keep the BTC we receive in BTC, unlike many other vendors using bitpay). We are one of the few vendors accepting BTC who do not convert it instantly into USD - we distribute it to the people who sell their cards to us!
