Title: Is it unsafe to run cards with the metal ground on each open in the air?(SOLVED)

Should I run a wire from all 3 to the PSU chasis? Also the motherboard has no chassis ground. Thanks for the help.

Edit: For anyone else who was curious, apparently the chassis ground idea was big before homes and commercial areas had a common ground. Yep, that middle prong on the wall cord. Since most places have a ground in the wiring the chassis ground is not even needed. A 1x pcie slot has 7 dedicated ground pins and a 16x has 72 I think it was. Anyways, they engineer it so it can use the ground on your wall plug now a days.
