why limit it to only bitcoin propaganda? I mean who could possibly want to buy premade bitcoin propaganda?
Or instead of selling the design, you want to sell merchandise ?

First of all it will be posters and stickers of different size and shape to gain attraction at the places and to point to the places where coins can be spent. This will be sticked to BTC/LTC as they are have the most chances to be adopted to physical stores.

At first I was like " Oh cool, a new market"
Then I was like "oh, I get it. Its a store. I can see it working"
and then I was like " wat... I don't know what it is anymore.. "

Will submit some sticker ideas... I also would be glad to help write some quick tips for putting the stickers, posters up around town to promote bitcoins.

Stickers would be great, wall/window decals also...
quick tips is also great to be just how to put the stuff around to spread a BTC word. every place where there is a talk of BTC is in need of some visual communication 

How about throwing ~$50 at 10 different gigs on Fiverr to see what comes back?  Even if the initial designs needed some tweaking, the variety of ideas might get the ball rolling.
