Were any of you redirected from the CryptoThrift website to the
COAEX website to make your purchases there?  With only 5 purchases in 10 months
and many more visitors on CryptoThrift it looks suspiciously like COAX may be
redirecting to steal sales and fees from CryptoThrift and its vendors.

Coaex Precious Metals don't need any redirection, web traffic, affiliate, partnership, funding or any other form of incentive from the third parties, along with CryptoThrift. For the third parties we deal with, we put the rules, others either accept it or not. We always protect the value of our customers and will always do.
Coaex Precious Metals had requested immediate account removal from CryptoThrift due to their hostile and unprofessional attitude. We believe the mindset of Cryptothrift is not compatible with the industry and we recommend them to quit this business for the sake of cryptocoins.

For those who would like to know the case, here it comes: After a couple of months with no activity at Cryptothrift, we decided to open a listing (just to support Cryptothrift with our products and funds) including a link to our store, just like we had done it before and it's rejected. We took immediate action against them and suggested them to remove our account completely or either accept to be listed with links to our website. We are still waiting for their action. Our cryptothrift account has no activity for the past 8 months! It was because of your poor listing features and the escrow service you provide which is simply not applicable for precious metals business. For further reading: https://www.coaex.com/cryptothrift-reviews-and-escrow-services/ As you see from this post's date, we were active at CryptoThrift on March, 2014 and we haven't been using your website for the past 8 months. Check your records if we had any listing since April, 2014 to date and write below. There you will see that we had no listing since then. So how can we drive traffic from Cryptothrift if we don't have any listing at Cryptothrift for the past 8 months?! What are you talking about?

Before accusing us like that, let me help you how to find that information.
Check our private messages between the finalized orders' members (which is 5 to date, simple to check) and us. We haven't forced anyone to directly shop from Coaex.com but we had offered a discount to one of our customers from our store because the order amount was not applicable for escrow. At Coaex, the maximum available amount for escrow has always been USD 100,00. It was back in March, 2014 while you were providing escrow services. Later on, we decided not to use Cryptothrift for above reasons and your lack of security (Further reading: https://cryptothrift.com/important-security-announcement/). We had always allowed you to take the commission you deserve, for your services but your recent attitude towards us is simply unacceptable. We, therefore, will not use Cryptothrift anymore and we want our account to be terminated as soon as possible.

As for the quality, the gold we sell is 24K and LBMA certified.

How price is determined per gram of gold? ???
If i compare your price to price over here it is 10$ expensive per gram.

We sell refined, physical gold bullion with assay card. You might be mistaken if you are calculating the spot price of gold or comparing with Bitgold price, which sells paper gold.
It's normal that 1 gram of gold w/assay is around $50 while the spot price of gold per gram is $40.

To give you some examples:
Bitgold sell physical gold but it's around $65 + shipping (assay card is not specified, LBMA certification is unknown)
Amagi Metals sell physical gold without assay card : $49.25 + shipping / 1 gram Valcambi
Provident Metals sell physical gold with assay card : $56.35 + shipping / 1 gram PAMP (free shipping for orders of $99 or more)
APMEX sell physical gold with assay card: $50.77 + shipping $9.95 / 1 gram IGR (LBMA certified, free shipping for orders of $99 or more)

The refineries in Turkey discontinued these products in 2015. However, there are 0.25 grams or lower grams of Nadir Metal in the secondary market, which is not freshly minted and circulated. (Production Date: mid 2015 or older) Therefore, we stopped featuring these products at Coaex as we sell freshly minted products - 2016 editions. Wouldn't it be more beneficial and lucrative to just leave your investment in bitcoins instead of gold ? To me that seems like a much better idea.

Probably the best customer support I have ever seen.

Fast replies, fast shipping, I even had a delay in the shipping so they offered me a refund, which I refused of course because I knew the package is going to arrive.
