What Is the main Factor causing this drop of Ethereum, and other Ethereum Base Tokens are Dipping also is this another a Bear Market approaching?

I have recently saw an article (https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/cryptocurrency-prices-bitcoin-investment-mood-study-value-a8363866.html) posted in reddit. I very much agree to what is being said in it: The price of bitcoin, ethereum and other cryptocurrency is determined by the mood of investors rather than any economic indicators.

Most of them buy from exchange and just hope that it moons, and when it goes down by a good % - starts to panic sell, which triggers more panic selling. People are just diving in and gambling away their money instead of actually planning and making good decisions about their investments. The wrong notion that BTC and cryptos are a get-rich-quick scheme must go in order to see some stability.

It is not just Ethereum and Ethereum based tokens that are dropping, Bitcoin is also dropping and whenever that happens most other cryptos also lose value.

against the background of falling cost, more and more people began to withdraw their savings  from the crypto currency, hence the increasing failure of the market

I think it's just the markets correcting, there hasn't been any noticeable FUD news or anything so we just have to hold it out for some time.

What is next is for all the investors to take advantage of the price dips and start buying coins. The more coins we buy, be it altcoins or bitcoins, the more money we put into the market, which means the more likely it is for the price to start going up again. Selling is not an option now, your goal when you see a dip in prices should be to buy as much coins as you can afford

Beside many negative issue that can make the price drop, big investor also take place for the price of cryptocurrency. Lets say last moment when mt gox sell many bitcoin. It make the price fall dipper. Its seem their strategic to make people doing panic sell which make the price more dump then the prepare to buy when it reach lowest price.
Dont be foolish follow the people doing panic sell. If you invest in trusted coin like ethereum or litecoin, better you hold it until the price raised up. The future of this coins is good for sure.

I agree with you. I see the market cryptocurrency much affected by the psychology of investors. Sometimes just one unpredictable news is causing the market to falter.

Yeah but this is not a nad news for those people who are eyeing to invest on cryptocurrency. The more its market price the more these investors feels good to invest in crypto. As we all know that after the market price of the crypto falls there could be another bounce of it and it will literally start to increase over a period of time. This is nature in cryptocurrency and it is referred to as volatility. This volatility word is very known on this forum because this is where how you will going to earn profit.

Crypto prices are way too volatile. Right now they are falling but when there is good news on the radar they will shoot up again.

I do not think so, it is probably next price regulations, everything should back in near future, so do not panic and wait. This should last a short time, max few weeks for me

I was surprised when I saw the blockfolio today, all my assets dropped sharply. The current price of ethereum is $535, will there be a decline in the near future?  Is it now the right time to buy back?
