What are you top pick for upcoming/ongoing NEO-based ICOs?

When viewed from the signature you use, spotcoin. Spotcoin that uses the NEO platform, can be seen from the web rating icobench get the value 4..8. the rating was very high and it was very nice.
Still, all ICOs are good and some are not.

The ICO has already finished but the price is still below the initial ICO listed price. THEKEY is a vastly undervalued project that could explode in price due to demand across the Chinese community. As an ID verification tool permitted by the Chinese government this will be huge

What ICOs used NEO as a platform this year? I am only aware of very few projects. Was thinking if the decline in NEOs price is corelated with the expectation that more projects use this platform.

These are the two IMO, NEX and Phantasma. NEO platform has not seen the huge list of ICOs I was expecting to be lining up on it, so as to give Ethereum a fight for its money, but still none of these competing platform has done so yet

What about the pikchio chain, has anyone heard of this token?

I strongly believe in the popularity of NEO, because during this time NEO Coin demand has never decreased. Therefore NEO clearly has tremendous support from users and teams behind it. I think the ICO NEO project might be able to grow remarkably according to its parent, the NEO.

Exactly, previously how ETH has suffered in the beginning, now NEO is facing the same situation. Recently many companies start developing in the NEO block chain but this help us to get more popularity about the NEO.

I joined 4 NEO-based ICO projects last year: QLC, TKY, DBC, ZPT. Totally I got loss because of dumped market. At this moment, all of them are deeply under the ICO price and there's no technical signal for a recovery. I have learnt some upcoming ICOs, such as: Moonlight, Nex, Senno, Thor...but I haven't paid much of my attention to them because I'd prefer to buy NEO at $50 rather than buy these tokens.

NEO is still strongly associated with the Chinese community and this community remains one of the most passionate and most dedicated members of the crypto family, holding great sway over market movement. Hence, the reason why once the community sees "Chinese", it goes ga-ga. Can't blame them, the fact backs it up

Absolutely NEX. Soon they say they will open it in an ethereum gateway. So this is on the road maps. If they do, the ICO could go up to NEX $ 100, which is $ 1.

NEO Ico needs to be followed well. It is very important to have a rising ecosystem. Eth ICOs are not so good anymore.

I just wonder how can the NEO price plummet so much if the traction of the neo platform gor ICOs is increasing. Every quality ICO should make the underlying platform more valuable

Phantasma looks very promising. Almost 10 milion $ raised, it's a good basic for development of the project.

All the Good ICOs are on ethereum, barely anyone I know even uses NEO its a dead platform.  Switch to eth before you lose all your money.

The best NEO ICO is NEX, just 25 million in token sale at $1 each coin.
