probably no,it's impossible to tax bitcoin

altough they can tax the money you withdraw to your bank account, but you can still use localbitcoins.com for hand-to-hand no tax exchanges ;)

Good question. Right now it's quasi anonymous BUT legally you are obligated to report income from all sources, including commodity trading, as some see bitcoin buying and selling. I hate the IRS.
