This raises the question.. what would it take for the general perception to be that it's 'stable' Even if it were to go for a period of 6months varying by less than 1% - I'm sure there would be plenty of people still bearing in mind that it could still be subject to a big selloff or spike. Ultimately I think it'd need a combination of obvious heavy usage around the world, and a stable price for over a year before I'd be truly comfortable saying it had 'stabilized'.
