Title: A question about how stock prices work. Post by: golden227 on January 19, 2014, 12:52:32 AM If I have $10 invested in a low price stock, and $10 invested in a high price stock, and they both go up the same percentage, will the profit be the same, or will the higher priced stock give out the higher return?

$10 @ $100 stock = $10 = .1 shares $10 @ $10 stock = $10 = 1 share up 10% on both $110 x .1 = $11 versus $11 x 1 = $11 LOL Title: Re: A question about how stock prices work.
