Obviously, sometimes things can go wrong but it is the way it is handled. Lets wait and see.

Every site having troubles some times because of multiple issues so we dont judge them early and start considering scam. You can check now site is working quit fine and also processing the transactions as well. It will be an alarming if the issue doesn't resolved within days or being offline for long period of time like Coinsmarket did. People just have to wait a bit before making a speculation.
