I'm new to the mining, and was looking for rig. Prospero x1 sounds very very good. But delivery is only in feb/may 2014 .
I found a site (a dutch site) where i can buy one right away from batch 1, whilst on real site it is only for pre order.

I ordered the last one, now its out of stock. He will send it when he gets my payement.
The site only accepts BTC witch i think is a bit fishy.

Is this possible?

yes but here is the catch:

The site uses the same name but has nothing in common as this is a .nl site. Also the layout is totally different.

But there are batch 1 prospero's around?

No there are not.

2 days ago he also had a KNC Neptune batch 1 in stock, claiming to already have received his and selling it for 8 btc.

I can not confirm if he is a legit businessman, but if he is, he has good prices.  ;)

Ok will keep it updated, i want full proof of availablity before i'm giving this guy half of a bitcoin.

And if he's a scammer i'll make sure the world knows it ;)

.nl site sounds fishy. there are no neptunes or x-1's in existence

Yes have been looking online for some comfirmation that even 1 person has a prospero didn't find anything. 
But even the first batch of X1's is only till late Feb.

Yes x-1 first batch delivery is late feb thru march and sold out. they are now selling batch 2 for May delivery.
not even clear if taped out yet

bitcoinminerz.nl looks extremely shady. Would never do anything with them.

"Trusted Bitcoin Store". Seriously? Do people believe sites like that?

Be careful. These posts here do not sound right. Shill account to give the site some legitimacy I think.

Do not buy anything from this site.

As a test I placed an order for the prospero x 3. Before I placed my order the site said one was available. I placed the order and it showed as sold out. About 2 hours later the site now shows one available again with this 'Last piece! 1 item of this in stock, ready to shipping'

I exchanged a few emails with the site owner. Email addresses are not from the same domain (outlook.com). Cheap free web design. No real contact info. The site is very suspect. Too many red flags.

I would not even do a small test buy. I am 100% sure this is a scam site

scam, anyway it won't be profitable even though its not scam... so lose-lose...

Regardless it's probably a scam.

110% scam. The site owner has been in contact with me for most of the day trying to get me to make a payment. His efforts are laughable to say the least.

Anyone who sends him anything can just kiss it goodbye.

Just want everyone to know this site is not associated with bitcoinminerz.com got a PM today saying I should be aware of this thread so there is my 2 cents.
