it would be very nice if i could specify two users in bitcoin.conf. one is allowed to use all rpc functions. the readonly user is NOT allowed to send any transactions or to do anything with my wallet... in this forum there are many tools which connect to bitcoin; and i would feel much more secure if i knew they could not do any harm. |
