Title: questions about accepting alt coin for tax services
Post by: thcst8 on January 19, 2014, 04:37:04 PM
I just want to get a feeling if this is a service that people would be willing to pay for.  We can do simple and complex tax returns.  We can also do business accounting.  Would people be willing to pay in altcoin/bitcoin?

How well do you know the laws regarding how crypto is supposed to be filed? I'm sure there is a great need for this.

Well this isn't for specifically crypto.  It can be any taxes.  We would just accept payment in crypto.  Maybe from coinpayments.net

But we have been treating bitcoin cash out to USD as capital gains.  After speaking to a lawyer he felt that it was the safest path.
