I don't believe that any of them are outright scams, including several more you didn't mention. They are all very high-risk (or high reward) investments though. There are a lot of different approaches being tried, but probably only a couple of them will take hold. Investors who pick the right one(s) should be quite wealthy someday. XRP is bullshit Mastercoin is not very popular, very little was created. Built ontop of bitcoin. Nxt has an army behind it, but there is skepticism about distribution. Unequal distribution is what people claim are problems with them, but there is still the opportunity to invest and make some money.
