Title: Decentralized Flippa
Post by: TheBitcoinBoy on May 24, 2018, 07:53:49 PM
Will this be a good idea? Do we really need website marketplace for crypto world which accept ethereum or bitcoin and uses smart contracts to make the process decentralized. I can give this project a go, if there is need for it.

Tell me what do you think?

It depends how well do you pull up the idea. Its an untargetted niche and the idea has the potential of you just work it out with a sort of decentralised system rather an the entire smart contract thingy. It makes the process overly complicated for the average audience. You will have to implement a system that can approve of the services being sold on the marketplace.

I would personally love to see a service like this, but everything depends on the execution.
There are already quite a few regular marketplaces that accept crypto, most of them aren't doing particularly well it seems.

I would be worried about not having enough of a budget for marketing, as that could get quite expensive.

On the other hand, there might be some people who would prefer to sell their website for crypto.

I don't understand how will this work?
Yea with smart contracts, but how exactly? You can't integrate the website/domain on a contract tho.
I think it would still be easy to scam, might be wrong. idk
