The little black connector with a switch on it to power on PSU's with out a host computer?

I had to google that ::) no sorry, Its just a way of turning on a power supply that is not connected to a mobo or case, Normally you have to jumper the green wire to any black on the 24 pin connector to turn it on, But there is a connector that does this job.
