Banking secrecy act? I thought it did a palm scan for AML/KYC compliance, or is BSA other requirements with a need fo something else? The best use is to verify the identity of the person standing in front of the machine. That identity has to be collected and stored in accordance with the compliance program. It's the compliance program that gets you closer to getting licensed.
